Our comprehensive initiatives include:
- Individualized Mentorship: Dr. Radhika Ramanan, our Director of Mentorship and Professional Development, assigns mentors to all new faculty, recognizing that many benefit from multiple mentors across various domains (clinical, research, etc.). We are dedicated to ensuring equitable mentorship opportunities for all.
- Targeted Support: Our division provides annual discretionary funding and other support for faculty professional development.
- Comprehensive Training & Resources: Mentorship training and resources are provided to enhance the effectiveness of mentoring interactions. The program is continuously evaluated and improved based on feedback to best meet the needs of our faculty and trainees.
We strive to create a supportive and inclusive community that fosters success at every career stage.
We are currently developing a dedicated resource page for mentoring, coaching, and faculty development. In the meantime, you can learn more about our fellowship programs (Clinician Educator and Research).
