Coming out of medical school I was looking for a residency community that both valued primary care and was academically rigorous. Having a smaller cohort for support was invaluable during the 3 life-changing years that are residency and my UCPC colleagues were some of the best teachers I have had. UCPC prepared me well for my career as a PCP and physician-leader.
